The South Central Railway is set to revolutionize travel links between India's south and eastern regions with the launch of regular services for the Tirupati–Raxaul Express starting on Monday. Operated from the historic railway station in Tirupati, this express will connect major cities, marking a significant development in regional connectivity.
Direct Rail Corridor: Connecting Major Destinations
The train, identified with numbers 17433 and 17434, will traverse key locations including Renigunta, Kadapa, Guntakal, Raichur, Vikarabad, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Mancherial, Bilaspur, Ranchi, and Chittaranjan before arriving at Raxaul. This route covers approximately 2,795 km, establishing a vital link between Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar.
Railway Station Director Mohana Krishna emphasized the intention to maintain rail connectivity between Tirupati and eastern India. By introducing this service as a regular train, the South Central Railway aims to enhance passenger convenience and travel efficiency.
