The scheme ensures availability of various flat types, including 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK options, with respective starting prices at ₹33.63 lakh for a 1 BHK, ₹75.55 lakh for a 2 BHK, and ₹106.79 lakh for a 3 BHK flat.
According to DDA officials, all the flats being offered are brand new, ensuring a fresh living experience in well-structured homes amidst Narela's urban development.
