Hyderabad authorities removed unauthorised banners containing objectionable content on the KPHB foot overbridge, targeting BJP and local MP Etala Rajendar. Ramakrishna and Rajesh are reportedly behind the act.

Investigation and Charges

In response to the allegations, police registered a case under sections 352 and 353(2) of the BNS Act. Notices were served to all involved under section 35(3), as per Inspector Rajashekar's statement.

The removed banners reportedly contained content critical of the BJP and MP Etala, raising questions about freedom of expression and political influence.
