Out of the 1,53,752 candidates who were initially allotted seats for the assessment, 1,15,028 individuals successfully appeared for the tests held across 10 distinct sessions, starting from June 16.
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has confirmed the timeline for the next steps in the evaluation process. The initial answer keys for the TGTET are scheduled for release on June 30 via the organization's official online portal. Following the publication of these keys, participants will be provided with a window from June 30 to July 2 to submit any formal objections or challenges they may have regarding the provided answers.
Examination Attendance Statistics and Performance Insights
The examination series, which took place between June 16 and June 22, saw a total of 38,724 candidates who were unable to attend. Detailed analysis of the turnout reveals varying levels of participation across different papers. Paper I recorded the lowest attendance metrics among the various categories, with 36,129 out of 50,113 registered applicants appearing for the test, resulting in a participation rate of 72.10 percent.
In contrast, the Paper II categories experienced a more robust turnout. For the Mathematics and Science section, 44,128 of the 58,675 allotted candidates completed the exam, reaching an attendance figure of 75.21 percent. The highest level of engagement was observed in the Paper II Social Studies examination, where 34,771 of the 44,964 applicants were present, marking an impressive 77.33 percent participation rate. Overall, session-wise attendance throughout the entire examination window fluctuated between 70.16 percent and 78.72 percent, indicating consistent candidate activity throughout the testing cycle.
