Organized under the aegis of CanKids KidsCan, a national NGO dedicated to changing the outcome for childhood cancer in India, this event brought together cyclists from over 360 cities. The movement extended its reach through 466 women cyclists and was supported by 119 cycling groups consisting of corporates, schools, communities, and survivor families.

Get Fit. Give Hope.

Built around the slogan "Get Fit. Give Hope." every kilometre cycled contributed towards a goal called "Km to Cure," turning physical exertion into support for those in need. This pan-India event saw participants ranging from schoolchildren as young as 7 years old to senior citizens aged 77, collectively cycling over 1.2 million kilometres.

"Poonam Bagai, Founder Chairman of CanKids KidsCan said, "Cycle for Gold has become a national movement, not just a cycling challenge. Every kilometre ridden supports awareness and access to care for children battling cancer."

The impact of the event extended beyond fundraising; it highlighted the power of community engagement in addressing health crises. Over five editions, Cycle for Gold evolved into one of India's leading purpose-driven fundraising movements, showcasing how sporting events can directly support treatment and holistic care efforts.
