Vijayawada: A cloud of suspicion hangs over UK-based YouTuber Rama Nandana, who runs the popular "Nandu's World" YouTube channel, and her husband Jagarlamudi Madhukar. The pair has been accused of fraudulent activity involving job placements and visa renewals in various countries. According to police records, a case was registered at Ibrahimpatnam police station in NTR district in November last year.

Social media reports suggest that several individuals from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other states might have been similarly affected by the alleged scam, with some claiming losses in the lakhs of rupees. Shivakranti Kumar of Kothuru village in NTR district filed a complaint against Madhukar, alleging that he promised to assist in renewing his visa and securing job opportunities while studying in London.

Shivakranti followed Madhukar's instructions and reportedly transferred ₹15 lakh to two bank accounts linked to the consultancy firm Destiny Consultancy offices. However, after receiving a fake Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) document, Shivakranti demanded a refund. He received only ₹2 lakh back after several questions concerning the promised services.

The case against Madhukar and Rama Nandana was registered at Ibrahimpatnam police station in November last year. The accused include Madhukar as A1, Rama Nandana as A2, and Mohan Rao as A3. Shivakranti's complaint prompted the issue of notices to the accused, but no response has been received yet.

Rama Nandana denies any wrongdoing through her YouTube channel. She claims that negative publicity targeting her family is due to personal grudges and argues they do not own any company.
