Ballari police recovered 41 stolen motorcycles worth approximately Rs 20.5 lakh.
The accused, a 56-year-old man, was dubbed 'Splendor Siddareddy' for targeting specific models.
The thief used fraudulent documents from KarnatakaOne to resell stolen bikes as second-hand.
Vehicles were recovered across Ballari, Chitradurga, and Vijayanagara districts.
