Bengaluru, India - Hours after publicly announcing his resignation, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah formally tendered his letter of relinquishment at the office of Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, located in Bengaluru. Despite Gehlot being temporarily away on a tour to Indore and Maharashtra, Siddaramaiah and his team moved ahead with the formalities.
