In a significant move to bolster local connectivity, the Revenue Minister, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, recently inaugurated a series of vital infrastructure developments in the Khammam district. These new projects, which include the construction of a substantial BT road and bridge at Dubba Thanda, aim to provide residents with reliable and efficient transportation solutions. With an estimated financial outlay of Rs 16.13 crore for these specific works, the initiative underscores the government's commitment to addressing the long-standing infrastructure challenges faced by rural communities.

Enhancing Rural Connectivity Through New Development Works

To ensure the long-term viability of these projects, the minister explicitly directed local officials to prioritize quality in execution and strictly adhere to completion timelines. He further stressed the necessity of taking proactive measures to protect ongoing construction from potential disruptions caused by rainfall, ensuring the sustainability of the development works.
