In a significant academic achievement, 30 candidates associated with the Telangana SC Study Circle have successfully qualified in the preliminary examinations for the UPSC Civil Services and the Indian Forest Service (IFoS). This group of high-achieving students has demonstrated remarkable dedication in one of the country's most challenging competitive landscapes.

According to Adluri Laxman Kumar, the minister for Scheduled Castes development, the breakdown of these results highlights a robust performance by the enrolled students. Specifically, 26 candidates managed to clear the Civil Services preliminary examination, while another four students achieved success in the IFoS preliminary examination. These results underscore the importance of specialized coaching and support systems in helping aspirants navigate complex national examinations.

Commitment to Educational Empowerment and Social Justice

The minister attributed this collective success to the strategic vision of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. The state government has placed a firm emphasis on fostering an environment of social justice, providing equal opportunities, and ensuring access to quality education as a primary vehicle for socio-economic empowerment. This initiative reflects broader efforts to uplift marginalized communities through academic preparation and professional excellence.

This recent success follows a strong track record for the Telangana SC Study Circle. In the final results of the UPSC Civil Services Examination-2025, the organization saw two of its candidates, A. Ashish, who secured All India Rank (AIR) 676, and D. Praveen Kumar, who secured AIR 793, earn spots in the final selection list. Both are currently expected to be allotted to the Indian Police Service (IPS). Furthermore, the IFoS examination saw notable performances from D. Shashank, who earned AIR 78, and G. Srikanth, who achieved AIR 115.

The consistent results produced by the Telangana SC Study Circle serve as a tangible indicator of the potential inherent in students when provided with the right resources. By focusing on UPSC Civil Services preparation, the state administration aims to bridge the gap in representation and provide a clear pathway for aspiring civil servants to contribute to national governance and administrative services. These accomplishments not only celebrate the hard work of the individual students but also highlight the effectiveness of government-backed educational support structures in achieving academic milestones.
