The South Coast Railway has extended the Visakhapatnam–SMVT Bengaluru Weekly Special Express for five additional trips.
Services are scheduled to operate from July 3 to August 1, 2026, to accommodate higher passenger demand.
Train No. 08581 departs Visakhapatnam on Thursdays, while the return, Train No. 08582, leaves SMVT Bengaluru on Fridays.
The train will continue to provide a convenient transit stop at Duvvada in both directions for commuters.
