Coleen Lamarre, the mother of the accused, was granted conditional bail by the NSW Supreme Court.
She faces charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice related to her son's murder trial.
Beau Lamarre-Condon is set to stand trial in September for the murders of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.
The accused has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include two counts of domestic violence-related murder.
