A 17-year-old girl climbed a 100-foot mobile tower in Jharkhand to protest her boyfriend's arrest.
The 22-year-old man was previously arrested following an abduction complaint filed by the girl's mother.
The accused is currently held in Tenughat jail after being remanded into judicial custody by a court.
Local police are on-site at Dhendhe village working to de-escalate the situation and ensure the girl's safety.
