Kelly Faiers died in Minehead in October 2023 from a fatal combination of alcohol and sleeping tablets.
The inquest revealed that Faiers' partner, Richard Scatchard, was a convicted sex offender with a history of drugging women.
Witnesses testified that Scatchard was highly controlling and had previously spoken about sexually assaulting women while they were unconscious.
The coroner is investigating failures by police and probation services that allowed Scatchard to remain at liberty despite his history.
