Over 1 million Singaporean HDB households are set to receive U-Save and S&CC rebates in July 2026.
The rebate is part of the permanent GST Voucher scheme to help offset utility and living costs.
Payouts are automatic, with funds credited directly to SP Services and town council accounts.
Total annual support for eligible households reaches up to S$570 in U-Save and 3.5 months of S&CC rebates.
