Devans Modern Breweries, owners of the Godfather trademark since 1984, filed the legal complaint.
The court mandated the removal of all associated ads and online listings for the original name.
The defendant has proposed rebranding the product to ‘The Glenwalk Godfather’s by Sanjay Dutt’ following the dispute.
