Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay ran a full 6 km during an anti-drug marathon in Chennai.
The event was organized by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT).
Participants took a solemn oath to abstain from drugs and support recovery efforts.
The initiative received widespread praise, including appreciation from political leader Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan.
