Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao has ordered the completion of all Bhongir Fort development projects by October 2.
The project is funded under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme 2.0 with a total allocation of Rs 56.81 crore.
A primary attraction will be a 1,020-meter passenger ropeway system capable of moving 300 passengers per hour.
Upgrades include heritage restoration, modern visitor amenities, improved parking, and extensive IT-based security measures.
