Bandi Sai Bhageerath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, received conditional bail in a POCSO case.
The accused was arrested by the Cyberabad police on May 16 after he surrendered to authorities.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is probing the incident, including events at a Moinabad farmhouse.
Authorities are investigating allegations regarding the accused and his friends involving inappropriate behavior and betting.
