Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu disbursed Rs 300 crore to 2,351 displaced families.
The Veligonda project aims to irrigate 4.5 lakh acres across four districts.
Water supply from the project's first phase is expected to commence by July 31.
The government has sanctioned a total of Rs 905 crore for project evacuees since 2024.
