In response to this alarming event, the state administration issued a formal government order (GO) late Monday evening. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, the government has appointed Joint Transport Commissioner M. Chandrashekar Goud, who is stationed at the Transport Commissioner's Office in Hyderabad, to serve as the lead Inquiry Officer for this investigation.
