Telangana Launches Special Pushkaralu Tour for Saraswati Anthya
The Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation has launched a special package tour for the Saraswati Anthya Pushkaralu festival at Kaleshwaram. The comprehensive itinerary includes temple visits, cultural activities, and comfortable bus travel.

The Telangana Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) has unveiled a dedicated travel package for devotees planning to visit the Saraswati Anthya Pushkaralu festival at Kaleshwaram. This annual event attracts thousands of pilgrims and culture enthusiasts from across the country, making it one of the most significant festivals in the state.
TSTDC's Special Package aims to simplify the journey, ensuring a comfortable experience for all travelers. Each bus, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, can accommodate 30 passengers. The fare is set at Rs 3,600 per adult and Rs 2,880 for children.
The tour begins from CRO Basheerbagh and IRO Yatrinivas, Secunderabad, on the night of Day 1. Devotees will then travel to Kaleshwaram early in the morning of Day 2, where they can immerse themselves in traditional rituals like Pushkarini Snanam (bathing at a sacred lake).
In addition to temple darshan at the Mukteshwara Swamy Temple and lunch at Haritha Hotel, the tour also includes a visit to the historic Ramappa Temple in Mulugu district. By evening, pilgrims will return to Hyderabad, marking a perfect blend of spirituality and cultural exploration.

The itinerary covers multiple important aspects:
- Bus travel with AC and hi-tech facilities for an enjoyable journey
- A stopover to perform Pushkarini Snanam, followed by darshan at the temple
- Lunch at a well-reputed hotel in Kaleshwaram

Notably, TSTDC also provides high tea and guide services to complement the tour. Accommodation, dinner, and breakfast are left for pilgrims to arrange independently.
