During the session, the temple's executive officer, Jallepalli Venkata Rao, introduced an extensive agenda featuring 43 distinct items. The board meticulously evaluated these submissions, ultimately granting approval for 41 plans. One proposal was deferred for future deliberation, while another was formally rejected. The governor also engaged in the sacred sandalwood grinding ritual in preparation for the Jyestha Pournami Chandanotsavam, which remains a cornerstone event for the temple.
In addition to the official proceedings, the Goa Governor took time to visit the Krishnapuram Goshala, where he paid floral tributes to the statue of his late father, Dr. P. V. G. Raju. The visit concluded with temple authorities honoring the governor by presenting him with sacred silk garments, a portrait of the presiding deity, and traditional temple offerings.
