The central government is set to release the 22nd installment of ₹2000 under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to farmers' accounts shortly. As per rumours, PM Narendra Modi is expected to make the transfer on March 13, 2026.
The installment is expected after farmers' initial hopes that the 22nd installment would arrive before Holi, but it did not happen. Now, the date of March 13th is being widely discussed, as a major announcement is rumored to be made on that day. Additionally, PM Modi is scheduled to visit Assam on March 13th.
To check whether their installation will be credited to their account, farmers need to visit the PM-KISAN website, select their state, district, sub-district, block, and village. If their name is on the beneficiary list, their installation will be credited to their account.
As of now, the 21st installment of ₹2000 was released on November 19, 2025, and farmers have eagerly been awaiting the next installment in the scheme which distributes Rs. 6,000 annually in three installments of ₹2000 each, with each installment distributed at an interval of four months.
