The annual board examinations conducted by the Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) begin today, April 01, 2026. Over 566,411 students are scheduled to appear for this year's 10th and 12th-grade exams.
The first English exam is scheduled to commence at 12:30 PM, while the 10th-grade exams start on April 02, 2026. A 200-meter radius around examination centres will be under Section 163, and photocopy shops will remain closed.
Police officers will be at the centres two hours before the exam to ensure scanning and security. A total of 270,000 students are set to appear for the 12th-grade exams, which will begin on April 01, 2026, and last until April 14, 2026, with exam times from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
