In Kolkata, West Bengal's capital city, the rate for 22-carat gold witnessed a decrease of 2,150 rupees to stand at ₹140,350 per 10 grams (previous day price: ₹142,500). Meanwhile, 24-carat gold also faced a decline with a 2,260-rupee reduction (from ₹149,630) to settle at ₹147,370 per 10 grams.

Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, saw 22-carat gold rate drop by ₹2,000 to reach ₹140,000 per 10 grams (previous day's price: ₹142,000). A similar trend was observed in Bengaluru where the 24-carat gold price fell by ₹2,260 to stand at ₹146,950 per tola. Comparing prices from yesterday, 22-carat and 24-carat gold were trading at ₹142,100 and ₹149,210 respectively in Bengaluru.
