The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the results for the CTET February 2026 examination. The official website, ctet.nic.in, will feature a link specifically designed to check these outcomes shortly after their release.

How to Check Your CTET Result on ctet.nic.in

Candidates can follow these steps:

  • Visit the official CTET website (ctet.nic.in).
  • Navigate to the 'CTET February 2026 Result' section on the homepage.
  • Enter your Registration ID and Password when prompted.
  • Your result, along with scores, will be displayed on the screen.

Downloading your scorecard is equally crucial for future reference. This document contains a wealth of information, including marks obtained in each section, personal details such as exam and candidate name, roll number, mother's name, father's name, category (SC, ST, OBC, or PwD), and total marks.

For those who qualify for CTET, passing Paper 1 enables applications for teaching classes from 1 to 5; conversely, a positive outcome in Paper 2 opens the door for positions in classes ranging from 6 to 8. A minimum of 60 percent marks is required to pass. However, candidates from special categories such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backwards Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) receive a 5 percent relaxation in their scores.

Lack of negative marking ensures that all contestants are judged fairly. It is imperative for candidates to be prepared with their Roll Number and Date of Birth, in case they need to cross-reference any information. The final answer key should also be released very soon, providing candidates with a clearer understanding of the examination.
