The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has provided considerable relief to Class 12 students by accelerating the process for rechecking and reevaluation of their answer sheets. According to official statistics, a large number of applications have been processed as of May 26, 2026.
CBSE will make digital copies of evaluated answer sheets available online by May 27, 2026, ensuring students can quickly access their results. This move aims to reduce the student's anxiety over post-result support and expedite the process for those who are unhappy with their marks.
Once students receive their scanned copies, they will be able to object directly to specific areas of concern where accurate evaluation is deemed necessary. The official CBSE portal for re-evaluation applications has been scheduled to go live by May 29, 2026, giving students the opportunity to file objections online.
