CBSE Class 10th Results 2026: How to Check Scores and Where to Access

Expected to be unveiled by April 2026, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce this year's Class 10 results. Educators eagerly await the date for the announcement as millions of students across India embark upon exam season.

The examination begins from February 17th with a Mathematics paper at 10:30 AM and concludes on March 10th with a French test. Approximately 2.5 million students participated in the board examinations this year, including both boys and girls.

There are several options available for candidates to check their results – through the official CBSE website (results.cbse.nic.in) or via mobile applications such as Digilocker or DigiLocker. Each option requires a roll number, date of birth and sometimes a One-Time Password (OTP).

For those opting for the online marking method:

• Step 1: Visit the official CBSE website.
• Step 2: Click on the 'CBSE Result' link at the homepage.
• Step 3: Log in by entering your roll number, school code, and date of birth.
• Step 4: Your CBSE marksheet will be displayed on screen.
• Step 5: Download the result for future reference.

If users prefer accessing their results via mobile application, they can follow these steps:

• Log in to DigiLocker or download the Digi locker app.
• Select the 'CBSE' section from the homepage and choose either 'Class 10 Marksheet' or 'Class 12 Marksheet.'
• Enter your roll number and provide any further required information to continue.
• Complete verification by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number.

Alternatively, students can request their results via SMS. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Open your messaging app.
• Step 2: Send the message 'cbse10' or 'cbse12' with your specific roll number to 7738299899.
• The result will be sent as an instant SMS notification to the provided mobile number.
