The state administration has officially commissioned a comprehensive inquiry into the fatal industrial accident that occurred at Dakshin Energy within Pharma City, located in Parawada, Anakapalle district. The incident, which took place on Tuesday, tragically resulted in the loss of two lives, prompting immediate intervention from the highest levels of the state government.

In response to the tragedy, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, alongside key cabinet ministers, has issued a firm directive emphasizing that industrial safety protocols must be followed without exception. The leadership has underscored that any future lapses in safety compliance will face stringent administrative and legal repercussions. The government is committed to ensuring that such hazardous incidents are not repeated in the industrial zones of the state.
During a review of the situation, the Chief Minister instructed local authorities to provide all possible assistance to the affected families.
