The facility was formally inaugurated by Mannava Mohana Krishna, Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Technology Services (APTS), alongside Jai Inder Singh Sandhu, Managing Director of Chandigarh University, and Sridhar, Director of Quantum Valley. This collaborative effort signals the state's strategic intent to integrate advanced research and industrial application within its growing tech ecosystem.

A key highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Andhra Pradesh government and the Chandigarh University Business Incubation Centre (CUBIC).
